Want a free and easy way to promote your business on wifi devices? It’s so simple and easy you’re going to wish you thought of it sooner. Have the people around you connect to your WiFi \u00a0via Facebook!<\/p>\n

When you set this feature up, you are allowing people in your area (or in your office) to connect to your WiFi, AFTER they check in to your Business Page. When someone does this, all their friends are notified of his or her location, and now they know about your business as well. It is a win-win situation because a user has access to free WiFi, and your company just got noticed by an audience you have not reached.<\/p>\n

Currently Facebook is partnered with a few merchants, but don’t be surprised if the list grows. Each merchant has directions how to set up this awesome feature. If your merchant is not on this list – don’t fear. MILE Social suggests you at least change your WiFi username to your business name. This way, when a list of networks appear on a user’s list to choose from, your business name is in front of them. The person could be in the area for a totally different reason and not even know your location existed!<\/p>\n
