The announcements were made by general manager Mike Tannenbaum.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brunell  (6&#8217;1&#8243;, 217)<\/strong>, a three-time Pro Bowler over 18 seasons with the Packers,  Jaguars, Saints and Jets, has thrown for 32,045 yards and 184 touchdowns  and rushed for 2,421 yards and 15 touchdowns during his career.<\/p>\n<p>He  played in two games for the Jets in 2010, throwing for 117 yards and  two touchdowns, one year after playing for the Super\u00a0Bowl champion  Saints. He was selected in the fifth round of the 1993 NFL Draft by the  Packers and spent two years in Green Bay before being traded to  Jacksonville in 1995.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Billingsley (5&#8217;10&#8221;, 195)<\/strong> was signed to the  Jets practice squad on Oct. 27, 2010, was released from the practice  squad on Nov. 20, then signed a reserve\/future contract on Jan. 10. He  spent two seasons on Miami&#8217;s practice squad before being released in  December 2009.\u00a0He initially signed with the Dolphins as an undrafted  free agent in April 2008.\u00a0He played three seasons and 26 games\u00a0at North  Carolina A&amp;T and totaled 109 tackles, two interceptions and 10  passes defensed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Davis (6&#8217;2&#8243;, 309<\/strong>) signed with the Jets on May  13, 2010,\u00a0was placed on injured reserve Aug. 16, and waived Sept. 4,  then\u00a0was signed to a reserve\/future contract on Jan. 10.
