The announcement was made by General Manager Mike Tannenbaum.<\/p>\n<p>Fitch, originally signed to the Jets\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 practice squad on December 27, is a native of Spencer, Oklahoma and played two years (2004-2005) at TCU. In his two-year career, he recorded a total of 34 tackles with two interceptions, a forced fumble and a sack.\u00c2\u00a0<!--more-->\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Fitch is the sixth player the Jets have signed to a Reserve\/Future contract.
