1.\u00c2\u00a0 San Diego Chargers<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The only issue to deal with in San Diego is whether Marty can overcome his playoff history.<\/p>\n

2.\u00c2\u00a0 Baltimore Ravens<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The Ravens can physically grind down just about everyone but the Chargers.\u00c2\u00a0 They will need to find a few big plays to get to the big game.<\/p>\n

3.\u00c2\u00a0 Chicago Bears<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The Bears might be better served by having people doubt them.\u00c2\u00a0 They enter the playoffs as a rarity: an overwhelming favorite with much to prove.\u00c2\u00a0 It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s odd to see a big favorite get to play the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153us-against-the-world\u00e2\u20ac? thing.\u00c2\u00a0 It may boost them to the Super Bowl.<\/p>\n

4.\u00c2\u00a0 New Orleans Saints<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The Saints took Sunday off, which in effect gives them two weeks off before they host their playoff game.\u00c2\u00a0 How many of us thought the Saints would play a playoff game at home last season when they really couldn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t even have a regular season home game?<\/p>\n

5.\u00c2\u00a0 New England Patriots<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Though they would never admit it, the Pats have to be happy to see Denver play themselves out of the tournament.\u00c2\u00a0 They haven\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t matched up well with the Broncos over the last few years.\u00c2\u00a0 They will be very motivated to redeem themselves against the upstart Jets.<\/p>\n

6.\u00c2\u00a0 Philadelphia Eagles<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The Eagle\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s backups beat the Falcons Sunday.\u00c2\u00a0 That\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s icing on the cake if you need a reason to bag your head coach in Atlanta.\u00c2\u00a0 The Eagles are a dangerous bunch right now.<\/p>\n

7.\u00c2\u00a0 Indianapolis Colts<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The Colts landed the worst 1st-round matchup they could imagine in having to stop LJ and the Chiefs.\u00c2\u00a0 They may be one and done this time around.<\/p>\n

8.\u00c2\u00a0 New York Jets<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The Jets have had an incredible season.\u00c2\u00a0 They have exceeded their season expectations by miles.\u00c2\u00a0 I wish they didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t end up going back to Foxboro though.\u00c2\u00a0 It will be difficult to get by the Pats again.<\/p>\n

P.S. Weren\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t some of you killing me about not having the Jaguars in this spot a few weeks back?\u00c2\u00a0 The Jaguars?? I guess that\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s why some of us write and some of us just read.<\/p>\n

9.\u00c2\u00a0 Seattle Seahawks<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c A healthy Seahawk team is a solid underdog bet for the NFC title.\u00c2\u00a0 They have the most balance of anyone in the conference when Alexander and Hasselbeck are at full strength.<\/p>\n

10. Kansas City Chiefs<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c There is no such thing as backing into the playoffs over a sixteen game season that is as brutal as the NFL.\u00c2\u00a0 The Chiefs spent much of the season without their starting quarterback, and they still made it.\u00c2\u00a0 Why didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t anyone ask Parcells the same question?\u00c2\u00a0 The Tuna and his team should drive in reverse to pick up their game checks this week.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
