{"id":790,"date":"2006-12-27T16:26:46","date_gmt":"2006-12-27T21:26:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jetnation.com\/?p=790"},"modified":"2006-12-27T16:26:46","modified_gmt":"2006-12-27T21:26:46","slug":"jetnation-week-16-power-rankings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/miletestsite.com\/jets\/2006\/12\/27\/jetnation-week-16-power-rankings\/","title":{"rendered":"JetNation Week 16 Power Rankings"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/miletestsite.com\/jets\/graphics\/Articles\/headers\/top10.gif\" align=\"right\" \/>By Nick Ferraro<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.\u00c2\u00a0 San Diego Chargers<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The Chargers have some pressure from the Ravens for the AFC\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s top seed.\u00c2\u00a0 That is bad news for their opponent this week \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Arizona.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.\u00c2\u00a0 Baltimore Ravens<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c If the AFC Championship matchup is San Diego and Baltimore, it will be one of the most physical games of the season.\u00c2\u00a0 It will <!--more-->also be the true Super Bowl as no NFC teams can match them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.\u00c2\u00a0 Chicago Bears<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The Bears went to Griese late in the game on Sunday.\u00c2\u00a0 Lovie will need to have a short leash on Rex in the games that actually matter should Chicago need it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.\u00c2\u00a0 New Orleans Saints<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The Saints are 3-1 against the NFC East after taking the Giants apart on Sunday.\u00c2\u00a0 Oddly enough their only loss against the NFC East was to the Redskins.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.\u00c2\u00a0 New England Patriots<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The Patriots are 1-3 against the Colts, Broncos and Jets.\u00c2\u00a0 Each are teams they could see in the playoffs.\u00c2\u00a0 They aren\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t likely to do very well against the Ravens or Chargers either.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.\u00c2\u00a0 Philadelphia Eagles<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The three-game stretch the Eagles just roared through figured to doom their season when it started.\u00c2\u00a0 Now it looks like a catapult to a strong playoff run.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.\u00c2\u00a0 Indianapolis Colts<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The run defense was typically poor against the Texans, but why only 21 points for Manning and company?<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.\u00c2\u00a0 New York Jets<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The Jets find ways to get the big plays they need each game to win.\u00c2\u00a0 The screen pass to Leon Washington was just the latest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9.\u00c2\u00a0 Denver Broncos<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c So Denver changes to the rookie at QB, gets him valuable game experience, and they still make the playoffs.\u00c2\u00a0 It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s hard to ask for more than that.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10.
