1.\u00c2\u00a0 San Diego Chargers<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The Chargers are the odds-on favorite to win the Super Bowl. They have displayed few weaknesses.\u00c2\u00a0 How will Giant fans feel in January if Philip Rivers is hoisting the Lombardi trophy?<\/p>\n

2.\u00c2\u00a0 Baltimore Ravens<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The Ravens got past Cleveland Sunday.\u00c2\u00a0 One thing is clear: there are few teams they can get past without McNair in the lineup.<\/p>\n

3.\u00c2\u00a0 Chicago Bears<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Thirty points by the Buccaneers???\u00c2\u00a0 The Bucs could only manage thirty-nine in their previous four games.\u00c2\u00a0 I guess we can expect a letdown against the Bucs, but the Bears will miss Tommie Harris and Tank Johnson in the playoffs.<\/p>\n

4.\u00c2\u00a0 Indianapolis Colts<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The Colts picked themselves up off the floor on Monday.\u00c2\u00a0 Manning needed to play well and he did.\u00c2\u00a0 There are still major concerns about the run defense. Looking at the running attacks of the playoff-bound teams in the AFC, it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s hard to feel good about the Colt\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s chances.<\/p>\n

5.\u00c2\u00a0 Cincinnati Bengals<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Pulling off a win in Indy on Monday night was a tough assignment after the Jags slammed the Colts the week before.\u00c2\u00a0 The Bengal\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s season hinges on this week\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s trip to Denver.<\/p>\n

6.\u00c2\u00a0 New Orleans Saints<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The letdown after the Cowboy game was predictable, but it should have meant a close win for the Saints.\u00c2\u00a0 The loss provides the league with a nice blueprint for handling Brees and company.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n

7.\u00c2\u00a0 Dallas Cowboys<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The win in Atlanta means the \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcBoys are back in the mix for the #2 seed.\u00c2\u00a0 A few weeks ago, Monday\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s game against Philadelphia looked like a gimme.\u00c2\u00a0 Now it looks like the Game of the Week.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n

8.\u00c2\u00a0 New England Patriots<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The Pats finish up with two road games.\u00c2\u00a0 They are still not out of the woods for the division.\u00c2\u00a0 With the powder-puff schedule they\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve played, if they were any good, they\u00e2\u20ac\u2122d be in the mix for home-field advantage.<\/p>\n

9.\u00c2\u00a0 New York Jets<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The Jets have a solid shot at the wildcard.\u00c2\u00a0 What most people don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t see is that they have as good a shot at the division.\u00c2\u00a0 The game against Miami is critical.\u00c2\u00a0 The Dolphins will play hard to ruin the Jet\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s season.\u00c2\u00a0 If New York can win, they may be talking about a division title next week rather than the wildcard berth.<\/p>\n

10. Philadelphia Eagles<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The Eagle\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s rally behind Jeff Garcia is a great story.\u00c2\u00a0 Their stiffest test of the year comes on Sunday in Dallas.\u00c2\u00a0 If they can pull it off, they get the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153team you don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t want to play\u00e2\u20ac? tag for the playoffs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
