Several media outlets are reporting that running back LaDainian Tomlinson will be returning to the New York Jets for the 2011 season.\u00a0 This is a smart move by the Jets as LT was a very effective receiver out of the backfield providing a safety valve for Mark Sanchez.\u00a0 In addition Tomlinson did a tremendous job in pass protection, especially in blitz pickups.<\/p>\n
LaDainian is scheduled to make approximately $2.1 million dollars for the 2011 season.<\/p>\n
