  1. Los Angeles Rams (3-0)
    \nLast Week: 2<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The Rams were impressive in handling the Bucs on Sunday.\u00a0 The Rams held the Bucs to 35 yards on the ground allowing the defense to focus on stopping Brady and the Bucs air attack.\u00a0 If health is not a factor, we should see a rematch at some point in the post season.<\/p>\n

    1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-1)
      \nLast Week: 1<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The Bucs were clearly the lesser team Sunday in Los Angeles.\u00a0 Bruce Arians and company need to find a way to be productive on the ground.\u00a0 The Bucs are amassing only 56 yards a game rushing ranking second to last in the league.<\/p>\n

      1. Arizona Cardinals (3-0)
        \nLast Week: 3<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        The Cards avoided catastrophe in Jacksonville.\u00a0 Jacksonville\u2019s 109-yard run back of a failed field goal attempt gave the Jags some life before Arizona took control.\u00a0 The Cards are tied for first in scoring through three weeks but have a point differential of only +15.\u00a0 They will need more from the defense to deal with the competition in the NFC West.<\/p>\n

        1. Green Bay Packers (2-1)
          \nLast Week: 5<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          The Packers played more closely to their expected form Sunday night in San Francisco.\u00a0 They will be solid favorites in their next four matchups.\u00a0 That makes it likely they will be 6-1 heading into road tests at Arizona and Kansas City.<\/p>\n

          1. Las Vegas Raiders (3-0)
            \nLast Week: 6<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            The Raiders are officially the biggest surprise of the early 2021 season.\u00a0 The fact that they have the league\u2019s leading passing offense isn\u2019t the main reason for the Raiders early success.\u00a0 Their rebuilt offensive line not only has given Derek Carr enough time to lead the league in passing yards, but they\u2019ve also done an adequate job of run blocking.\u00a0 \u00a0The Raiders are getting nearly 100 yards per game on the ground despite playing two of the league\u2019s better run defenses (Pittsburgh, Baltimore).<\/p>\n

            1. Cleveland Browns (2-1)
              \nLast Week: 8<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              The anemic Chicago offense was hardly a challenge for the Cleveland defense.\u00a0 The Browns offense is certainly more dynamic with Odell Beckham on the field.\u00a0 They will need solid efforts like Sunday\u2019s while their receiver core is on the mend.<\/p>\n

              1. Buffalo Bills (2-1)
                \nLast Week: 9<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Sunday\u2019s performance makes the Bills week one flop even more of a head-scratcher.\u00a0 The Bills get another tune-up with the Texans coming into Buffalo Sunday before heading on the road for matchups with the Chiefs and Titans.<\/p>\n

                1. Kansas City Chiefs (1-2)
                  \nLast Week: 4<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  The Chiefs occupy the bottom spot in the AFC West after week three.\u00a0 Though we saw their blemishes in full view during the Super Bowl, I\u2019m not sure anyone predicted this.\u00a0 The Eagles will probably feel the brunt of KC\u2019s frustrations this week.\u00a0 A primetime trip to Buffalo the following week will go a long way to determining if the Chiefs can get their issues addressed and make another run at the crown.<\/p>\n

                  1. Carolina Panthers (3-0)
                    \nLast Week: Unranked<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    It\u2019s not the Panthers fault that they haven\u2019t played anybody of relevance yet.\u00a0 They have won each of their games the way teams should against the level of competition they have faced.\u00a0 McCaffrey\u2019s health is a concern now that the junior varsity portion of the schedule is over.<\/p>\n

                    1. Dallas Cowboys (2-1)
                      \nLast Week: Unranked<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      The impossible task opening night in Tampa is the Cowboy\u2019s only schedule blemish thus far.\u00a0 After allowing the Bucs 31 points opening night, the defense has allowed just 28 in their last two games combined.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
