Tier 3 individuals were tested weekly. Individuals who test positive for COVID-19 follow the joint NFL-NFLPA Treatment Protocol. They are immediately isolated, not permitted access club facilities, or have direct contact with players or personnel. Club medical staff are in regular communication with individuals who test positive to monitor symptoms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monitoring Testing\u00a0results for November 29 \u2013 December 5: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>41,669 tests were administered to a total of 7,012 players and team personnel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>16,475 tests were administered to 2,427 players; 25,194 tests were administered to 4,585 personnel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>There were\u00a0<strong>18<\/strong>\u00a0new confirmed positive tests among players and\u00a0<strong>27<\/strong>\u00a0new confirmed positives among other personnel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Total test results for the entire Monitoring Testing period to-date,\u00a0Aug 1 \u2013 Dec 5:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>During Monitoring Testing from Aug 1 \u2013 Dec 5,\u00a0<strong>173<\/strong>\u00a0players and\u00a0<strong>297<\/strong>\u00a0other personnel were confirmed positive cases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Approximately\u00a0<strong>757,100<\/strong>\u00a0tests\u00a0were administered to players and personnel during the\u00a0Aug 1 \u2013 Nov 28 period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Courtesy NFL Communications The National Football League and NFL Players Association today announced the COVID-19 monitoring testing results for November 29 \u2013 December 5.
