{"id":47950,"date":"2019-12-18T13:03:37","date_gmt":"2019-12-18T17:03:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.jetnation.com\/?p=47950"},"modified":"2019-12-18T13:03:37","modified_gmt":"2019-12-18T17:03:37","slug":"look-for-gregg-williams-to-turn-up-heat-on-rookie-qb-hodges","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/miletestsite.com\/jets\/2019\/12\/18\/look-for-gregg-williams-to-turn-up-heat-on-rookie-qb-hodges\/","title":{"rendered":"Look for Gregg Williams to Turn up Heat on Rookie QB Hodges"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In a season that hasn&#8217;t seen the new York Jets have a whole lot go their way, defensive coordinator Gregg Williams may very well be licking his chops as his unit looks to take on a Pittsburgh Steelers team whose rookie quarterback is having a rough time of it just as Gang Green looks to bounce back from an embarassing Thursday night loss to the Baltimore Ravens.<\/p>\n<p>According to Kristian Dyer of Sports Illustrated, Steelers Head Coach Mike Tomlin is expecting Gregg Williams to go after his rookie quarterback, Delvin &#8220;Duck&#8221; Hodges, with everything he&#8217;s got (more on that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.si.com\/nfl\/jets\/news\/jets-will-come-after-steelers-rookie-says-tomlin\/\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a>) and that&#8217;s probably the case.\u00a0 This is even more likley now that the Jets will look to get two-time pro bowl safety Jamal Adams and defensive lineman Quinnen williams back from ankle and neck injuries respectively.<\/p>\n<div class=\"embed-twitter\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Jamal Adams and Quinnen Williams will be limited in practice today.
