He only played in 7 games this year. Joe Douglas signed Ryan Kalil into playing for the Jets and signed him to a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/jppelzman\/2019\/08\/03\/new-jets-center-ryan-kalilive-got-some-good-football-left-in-me\/#754df39d1738\">one-year 8.4 million<\/a><\/strong> dollar contract.<\/p>\n<p>Jonathan Harrison has started the past two weeks and he will continue to do so. It was his job before the season started and he is the starter again after the failed Ryan Kalil experiment. It will give the staff an extensive look at Harrison as they head into the offseason where the offensive line will be a major focus.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.newyorkjets.com\/news\/jets-place-ryan-kalil-on-injured-reserve\">Leo Koloamatangi<\/a><\/strong> was on the Jets practice squad and here is a little more background info.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Koloamatangi signed to the Jets\u2019 practice squad Oct. 30. The 6\u20194\u201d, 310-pounder originally joined the Lions as an undrafted free agent in 2017.
