Darnold was previously believed to have a case of strep throat but it turns out his condition is more serious, meaning the team will have to turn to back-up quarterback Trevor Siemean. Siemian has started 24 career games, throwing 30 TD’s to 24 INT’s, but having an experienced backup won’t make Jets fans feel any better.<\/p>\n
