ESPN&#8217;s Rich Cimini says this violation would normally require a 2 game suspension, but due to other circumstances involved, the league opted for four games.<\/p>\n<div class=\"embed-twitter\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">A first-time offender of the league\u2019s alcohol policy usually gets two games, but there were aggravating circumstances involved in Herndon\u2019s case.
