Joseph is still in the mix with the <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Bengals?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Bengals<\/a>, but he could land in NYJ if Cincy doesn\u2019t work.
