Today the team announced that\u00a0De\u2019Angelo Henderson was promoted from the practice squad.\u00a0Elijah McGuire has been practicing with the team and he is eligible to return from I.R. next week. To make room for Henderson, CB Juston Burris was released.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>A sixth-round pick of the Broncos in the 2017 draft, the 5\u20197\u201d, 208-pound Henderson appeared in five games last season for Denver and had nine touches including one scoring reception. He has spent the majority of the 2018 campaign on the Jets\u2019 practice squad.<\/p>\n<p>The Coastal Carolina product, a 5\u20197\u201d, 208-pounder, played in 50 games for the Chanticleers and rushed for 4,635 yards and 58 touchdowns.
