Under a new NFL policy, mobile tickets are now the only entry into Jets home games at MetLife Stadium.\u00a0Print-at-home PDF tickets are no longer available<\/strong>. Details are below and more information can be found at:\u00a0https:\/\/www.newyorkjets.com\/faqs\/mobile-tickets-faq<\/a><\/p>\n

GENERAL PUBLIC<\/u><\/strong>: Your phone is your ticket.\u00a0Print-at-home PDF tickets are no longer available.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s a quick summary:<\/p>\n

  1. Mobile tickets are the only method of entry for 2018. Print-at-home PDF\u2019s are no longer available.<\/li>\n
  2. To access your tickets, download the Jets Official Mobile App<\/li>\n
  3. Tap \u201cTickets\u201d in the navigation and then tap on \u201cAccess My Tickets\u201d<\/li>\n
  4. Login, select your event, and either add your tickets to your Apple wallet or Google Pay wallet or view barcode to display your ticket<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To expedite entry, please ensure your ticket is prominently displayed prior to approaching the entry gates.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    SEASON TICKET HOLDERS<\/u>:\u00a0<\/strong>Jets Season Ticket holders can continue to use their physical Jets Rewards cards for entry and purchases.<\/p>\n

    New this year, a virtual Jets Rewards card has been added into the official Jets Mobile App. The virtual card functions exactly like the physical card and can be used for event entry and Jets Cash.<\/p>\n

    To access your virtual Jets Rewards Card, download the Jets Official Mobile App for iOS or Android.<\/p>\n

    Once you\u2019ve installed the Jets Mobile App:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Open and\u00a0tap \u201cRewards\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>on the lower navigation bar<\/li>\n
    2. Login\u00a0<\/strong>using the email address and password associated with your New York Jets Account. You will remain logged in after accessing for the first time<\/li>\n
    3. Tap on the \u201cJets Rewards Virtual Card\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0to view your seats for the upcoming event<\/li>\n
    4. To view additional seats to the event,\u00a0swipe left<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Be sure your ticket is prominently displayed on your phone prior to approaching the entry gate<\/p>\n

      To transfer tickets within the Jets Mobile App:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Select \u201cManage Tickets\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0on the bottom center your card<\/li>\n
      2. Select the event<\/strong>\u00a0you are choosing to manage<\/li>\n
      3. In the lower left-hand corner,\u00a0tap \u201cSend\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n
      4. Select the ticket you would like to transfer and tap the button in the\u00a0lower right-hand corner to send<\/strong><\/li>\n
      5. Enter your guest’s contact info<\/strong>\u00a0via text or email and\u00a0send the link<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        To manage Jets Cash<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Within the Rewards section of the app,\u00a0tap \u201cJets Cash\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>in the upper navigation<\/li>\n
        2. From there, you can view transactions, load and manage Jets Cash, or transfer money between Jets Rewards Cards<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
