Chargers&#8217; offensive coordinator Cam Cameron said of the younger Schottenheimer on Chargers.com.  \u00e2\u20ac\u0153I think players in this league really respond to that.  I think if you look at the development of those guys, you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll see what he brings to the table.  Just look at how players play.  That will tell you exactly about the guy that is coaching them.
