Still Not Enough"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" title=\"NY Jets PSL\" src=\"http:\/\/jetnation.com\/graphics\/Articles\/PSL\/PSL1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"171\" height=\"113\" \/>One of the worst things about blogs is the &#8220;over reaction&#8221;.\u00a0 A blog post that happens instantly after an event isn&#8217;t always a good thing.\u00a0 I try to avoid that because over time problems don&#8217;t usually seem so bad.\u00a0 The Jets announced today that they had reduced ticket prices in the new stadium.\u00a0 I decided to take a look based on seeing these changes on twitter:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Jets tickets sale: Team lowers prices for seats in New Meadowlands for 2010, and some mezzanine level seats drop by 50%.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span>Although prices have been lowered, PSL prices for each seat have not changed.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>50% off sounds good though.\u00a0 When I looked at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.newjetsstadium.com\/seating-chart.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">updated pricing<\/a>, I realized one important thing;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">These prices still suck.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Jets were going to let the market decide what the Coaches Club should sell for.\u00a0 Seems like that thought went out the window, those PSLs are listed as high as $30,000.\u00a0 Good mezzanine seats still have a PSL of $15,000 and a ticket price of $295.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This was your big announcement?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I am going to just wait this out.\u00a0 This stadium is empty.\u00a0 It has been reported that the new stadium is 70% sold out in non-prime seats.\u00a0 Nice spin.\u00a0 That means that the upper deck with no PSL is still not sold out?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I will buy my tickets next year for the handful of games that I want to go to.\u00a0 No PSL.\u00a0 No preseason.\u00a0 Hey New York Jets, thanks for the memories.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Here is a thread about this price drop <a href=\"https:\/\/forums.jetnation.com\/\">in our forums<\/a>.\u00a0 You can see fan reaction and tell us what you think about these new prices.\u00a0 Brian Clark wrote a detailed post in July;
