The announcement was made by Jets General Manager Mike Tannenbaum.<\/p>\n<p>Pizzotti (QB\/6-5\/225\/Harvard\/Reading, MA) originally signed with the Jets as an undrafted free agent May 1 and was waived Aug. 15.
