{"id":26510,"date":"2014-09-25T14:23:11","date_gmt":"2014-09-25T18:23:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jetnation.com\/?p=26510"},"modified":"2022-04-01T03:30:48","modified_gmt":"2022-04-01T07:30:48","slug":"fantasy-football-start-em-sit-em-in-week-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/miletestsite.com\/jets\/2014\/09\/25\/fantasy-football-start-em-sit-em-in-week-5\/","title":{"rendered":"Fantasy Football Start &#8216;Em  Sit &#8216;Em in Week 5"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Welcome to our 4th installment of Start \u2018em and Sit \u2018em.\u00a0 I try and not call out obvious decisions and make this productive for possible decisions that fantasy owner have to make.\u00a0 We have done with for a few years with good results and great feedback.\u00a0 We are now in bye week season with 6n teams being off and a ton of top running backs.\u00a0 Last week we got back on track\u00a0 going 10-3 in the Start \u2018Em\u00a0 and crushed it again in the Sit \u201cem going 8-2.\u00a0 Please feel free to direct any questions to me either below or on Twitter.\u00a0 \u00a0Let\u2019s get to this week\u2019s list;<\/p>\n<p>Start \u2018Em<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ben Roethlisburger \u2013 He gets the Tampa Bay defense, there is no way he is not a top 5 QB this week.<\/li>\n<li>Nick Foles &#8211; For some reason ESPN has him 9<sup>th<\/sup>, he is averaging over 300 yards a week and the 49ers defense has been pretty awful versus the pass.<\/li>\n<li>Matt Asiata &#8211; If you have him, this should be the week he plays like a RB2, the Falcons are so much worse on the road.<\/li>\n<li>DeAngelo Williams &#8211; For the 1<sup>st<\/sup> time in a long time, he will have all the carries to himself.<\/li>\n<li>Alfred Blue &#8211; It is not looking good for Foster this week, so he should be a solid RB2 with his expected volume.<\/li>\n<li>Keenan Allen &#8211; With the matchup versus the Jaguars and his slow start this is a gamble but if he is going to break out this is the week.<\/li>\n<li>Kelvin Benjamin \u2013 He has some drops but with no other options continues to rack up double digit targets.<\/li>\n<li>Brandin Cooks &#8211; He has become Brees favorite WR target passing Colston.\u00a0 Ride him versus the Cowboys.<\/li>\n<li>Marcus Wheaton \u2013 Just ride everyone against the Bucs.<\/li>\n<li>Jordan Matthews &#8211; The 49ers have struggled big time versus slot receivers.<\/li>\n<li>Larry Donnell \u2013 Still looks to be the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> favorite target of Eli Manning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bench \u2018Em<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matt Ryan &#8211; You may have to start him due to bye weeks but he is so much worse on the road and especially outside.<\/li>\n<li>Cam Newton &#8211; He does not look right, not running and if you are putting all your eggs in the Carolina passing game,\u00a0 gamble somewhere else.<\/li>\n<li>Rashad Jennings &#8211; You have to start him but the Washington team has been very solid versus the run so temper those expectations.<\/li>\n<li>J.
