Fladell, a 6’7″, 334-pounder who attended Rutgers University, initially entered the NFL when he was signed to the Giants practice squad on Dec. 3, 2008 as an undrafted rookie free agent.\u00a0The Howard Beach, NY\u00a0native\u00a0was\u00a0subsequently waived on June 24.\u00a0Fladell played left guard for\u00a0the\u00a0Scarlet Knights\u00a0from 2003-07, contributing as a starter in 2006 and 2007.<\/p>\n
