The Jets were selected<\/span>\u00a0by Tavon Austin<\/a> as one of the teams that he will officially\u00a0visit prior to the draft, according to reports from NFL.com<\/a> and PFT.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The wide receiver\u00a0from West Virginia \u00a0is believed to be the top wide receiver\u00a0in the 2013 draft due to his great effort at the NFL combine and could be the dynamic\u00a0play maker on offense that the Jets are looking for. Austin is expected to visit the team on Monday.<\/p>\n

Strengths<\/strong>: Great acceleration, excellent vision, not frail, can catch the under-thrown\u00a0passes, good balance on the sidelines, good breakaway speed, and can block.<\/p>\n

Weaknesses<\/strong>: Limited to the slot, decent hands not great, must prove that he can keep the ball after getting hit, indecisiveness on kickoff and punt returns, can be tripped up easily, and doesn’t have elite straight line speed.<\/p>\n
