Philadelphia Eagles<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Eagles are an elite team when healthy.\u00a0 They can lose to anyone when McNabb or Westbrook are out of the lineup.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n10. New England Patriots<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Pats are learning how to play without an elite quarterback.\u00a0 That\u2019s very bad news for the AFC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bottom Five<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>28. Oakland Raiders<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Ravens just shouldn\u2019t score that much on anyone.<\/p>\n<p><strong>29. San Francisco 49ers<\/strong><br \/>\nThe attitude adjustment is starting.\u00a0 The winning isn\u2019t going to start for a while.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n30. Kansas City Chiefs<\/strong><br \/>\nThey were more than competitive against the Jets, but things ended as they usually do.<\/p>\n<p><strong>31.\u00a0 Cincinnati Bengals<\/strong><br \/>\nCan you imagine being a Bengals fan?<\/p>\n<p><strong>32.
