New York Giants<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Giants figure to be the biggest beneficiaries of the Cowboy implosion.\u00a0 The warm-up section of their schedule is over.\u00a0 Big Blue travels to Pittsburgh this week followed by tilts with Dallas and Philadelphia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Buffalo Bills<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Bills are solid in each phase, and they are the closest thing to a complete team this side of Tennessee.\u00a0 The Jets failure in Oakland was a nice bonus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Tampa Bay<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Bucs can compete with any NFC team with Garcia playing quarterback.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Arizona Cardinals<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Cardinals are the only team with more than two wins in the NFC West.\u00a0 Winning the division will not be impressive.\u00a0 Winning in Carolina this week would be.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Washington Redskins<\/strong><br \/>\nThis is still the most enigmatic team in the league.\u00a0 The Skins go to Detroit Sunday.\u00a0 It\u2019s time they beat up on a bad team the way a contender should.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Carolina Panthers<\/strong><br \/>\nCarolina dominated Sunday against a potent Saint offense.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n9. Green Bay Packers<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Packers have to be inspired by their quarterback\u2019s ability to play through pain.\u00a0\u00a0 Injuries are this team\u2019s biggest issue right now.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Dallas Cowboys<\/strong><br \/>\nThat was pathetic.\u00a0 The Cowboys are helping to prove that having the most talented roster is less important than desire and chemistry.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nBottom Five<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>28.\u00a0 San Francisco 49ers<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Niners had some folks excited with a 2-1 start.\u00a0 Four losses later, the basement is closer than the penthouse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>29.\u00a0 Seattle Seahawks<\/strong><br \/>\nWith or without Hasselbeck, this team is bad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>30.\u00a0 Kansas City Chiefs<\/strong><br \/>\nIf the defense leaves the field, the Chiefs need two plays to score.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n31.\u00a0 Cincinnati Bengals<\/strong><br \/>\nMarvin Lewis is just about done.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n32.
