1. Tennessee Titans<\/strong>
\nIt will be interesting to watch the Vince Young drama play out.\u00a0 The offense has been better with Kerry Collins as the starter; however, the Titans don\u2019t want their quarterback of the future to lose confidence.\u00a0 His feelings will take a back seat if the team continues to win.<\/p>\n

2. Pittsburgh Steelers<\/strong>
\nWe\u2019ll know if the bye week helped the Steelers offensive line woes following Sunday\u2019s game against Cincinnati.\u00a0 The Steelers will then face the Giants, Redskins, Colts, and Chargers in successive weeks.\u00a0 Each of those teams will put the Steelers blocking ability to the test.<\/p>\n

3. New York Giants<\/strong>
\nThe Giants were hardly ready to play and it showed.\u00a0 Cleveland played like a desperate football team.\u00a0 It should be a minor setback.\u00a0 I\u2019d be surprised if the Giants didn\u2019t play very well next time out.<\/p>\n

4. Buffalo Bills<\/strong>
\nThis is the highest the Bills have made it in the rankings since Jim Kelly was their quarterback.\u00a0 The Bills are alone in first place in the AFC East.<\/p>\n

5. Dallas Cowboys<\/strong>
\nThe Cowboys haven\u2019t played well in several weeks, and Cowboys Nation is getting restless.\u00a0 The power running game has disappeared, and the secondary has been bad.\u00a0\u00a0 Now Pacman is gone and Romo is hurt.\u00a0 Just a little while ago, this team seemed unbeatable.<\/p>\n

6. Tampa Bay Buccaneers<\/strong>
\nJon Gruden has to find a way to get along with Jeff Garcia.\u00a0 Garcia is the best QB on the roster, and he gives the Bucs their best chance of winning.<\/p>\n

7. Arizona Cardinals<\/strong>
\nThe Cardinals pass rush was huge on Sunday.\u00a0 Their defense has come a long way under Ken Whisenhunt.\u00a0 The win on Sunday may have been their biggest since the move to Arizona.

\n8. Washington Redskins<\/strong>
\nIt makes perfect sense: two road wins against top teams followed by a loss at home to the worst team in the league.\u00a0 The term \u201cletdown\u201d has been given a new meaning.<\/p>\n

9. Indianapolis Colts<\/strong>
\nThe sleeping giant is awake.\u00a0 Baltimore had no chance on Sunday.<\/p>\n

10. Carolina Panthers<\/strong>
\nThe Panthers still struggle against the top defenses.\u00a0 Injuries along the offensive line are taking a toll.<\/p>\n

\n28. Seattle Seahawks<\/strong>
\nWelcome aboard, Seattle.\u00a0 I don\u2019t see Coach Holmgren\u2019s last year ending up with the big title run he might have wanted.<\/p>\n

29. Kansas City Chiefs<\/strong>
\nReports out of KC during the bye week indicate that the Chiefs are still bad.<\/p>\n

30. Oakland Raiders<\/strong>
\nAfter listening to Al Davis, I\u2019m surprised the coaching change didn\u2019t result in a win on Sunday.

\n31.\u00a0 Cincinnati Bengals<\/strong>
\nThe Bengals have been competitive the last few weeks, but there\u2019s still nothing in the win column.<\/p>\n

32. Detroit Lions<\/strong>
