2.\u00a0 Tennessee Titans<\/strong>
\nThe Titans are solid in all phases.\u00a0 They could use some more explosiveness on offense, but it hasn\u2019t been an issue thus far.\u00a0 Kerry Collins is the starter for the rest of the year unless injured.

\n3.\u00a0 Dallas Cowboys<\/strong>
\nThe Cowboys were derailed at home and exposed a bit in the secondary.\u00a0 The running game is the key.\u00a0 Washington stoned Marion Barber, and that made it the upset possible.\u00a0 The Cowboys need to figure out how to run against good defenses.

\n4.\u00a0 San Diego Chargers<\/strong>
\nTomlinson looked like his old self Sunday.\u00a0 The Chargers can beat anyone if he is healthy.<\/p>\n

5.\u00a0 Washington Redskins<\/strong>
\nThe Redskins haven\u2019t posted a victory as impressive as Sunday\u2019s in a long time.\u00a0 Sunday\u2019s game changes everything in the NFC East.<\/p>\n

6.\u00a0 Buffalo Bills<\/strong>
\nIt\u2019s 4-0 and nothing to apologize about for the Bills.\u00a0 I\u2019m waiting to see them against a quality team before jumping on board the bandwagon.

\n7.\u00a0 Pittsburgh Steelers<\/strong>
\nProtection and run blocking will be the difference for Pittsburgh.\u00a0 They will only go as far as their offensive line will take them.<\/p>\n

8.\u00a0 Carolina Panthers<\/strong>
\nJake Delhomme appears to be all the way back for Carolina.\u00a0 That makes them a true contender in the NFC.<\/p>\n

9.\u00a0 Tampa Bay Buccaneers<\/strong>
\nThe Bucs are a tough date for anyone.\u00a0 They can run the ball and the defense still has ability.\u00a0 They will be in it until the end in the NFC South.

\n10. Philadelphia Eagles<\/strong>
\nThe Eagles are just a different team when Brian Westbrook is not playing.\u00a0 This is a top-five team with him in the lineup.\u00a0 The defense was disappointing on Sunday night.\u00a0 Kyle Orton should not put up numbers like he did on this defense.<\/p>\n

Bottom Five<\/strong><\/p>\n

28.\u00a0 Houston Texans<\/strong>
\nThe Texans were supposed to be a team on the rise.\u00a0 It hasn\u2019t happened.\u00a0 If they continue giving up thirty-three points per game, it will mean a long stay in the bottom five.<\/p>\n

29.\u00a0 Oakland Raiders<\/strong>
\nThe Raiders compete, but it rarely results in wins.\u00a0 They have made progress, but they still lack the talent to translate effort into victories.

\n30. Cincinnati Bengals<\/strong>
\nThe Bengals lost the winless battle of Ohio Sunday.\u00a0 It\u2019s hard to spot any winnable games for this team on the schedule.\u00a0 If Carson Palmer spends any significant time out of the lineup, this team will have issues posting double-digit scores each week.

\nMillen\u2019s departure is just the first of many changes the Lions needed to make.<\/p>\n
