1.\u00a0 New England Patriots<\/strong>
\nAnother close one, but the Pats remain unbeaten.\u00a0 You have to admit that somewhere deep down you knew it was coming even as the Ravens had the lead late in the fourth quarter.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 Dallas Cowboys<\/strong>
\nThe road to the Super Bowl in the NFC is going through Dallas.\u00a0 People can point at Favre\u2019s injury all they want, but the truth is that the Cowboys had the game in their control before he left and never let go.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0 Indianapolis Colts
\n<\/strong>The Colts ensured that the Jags will remain second bananas\u2026again.\u00a0 Jacksonville is not the measuring stick for Indy though.\u00a0 They\u2019ll get measured in Foxboro in January\u2026again.<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0 Green Bay Packers<\/strong>
\nThe Packers were served notice that there is still work to be done.\u00a0 It was easy to see the separation between Dallas and Green Bay on the field even before Favre went out.\u00a0<\/p>\n

5.\u00a0 Pittsburgh Steelers<\/strong>
\nTheir last few games make you think the Steelers may have peaked early in the season.\u00a0 I think they get embarrassed on Sunday at New England.<\/p>\n

6.\u00a0 Jacksonville Jaguars
\n<\/strong>It was another admirable effort by the Jags.\u00a0 It will be another wild card year.<\/p>\n

7.\u00a0 Tampa Bay Buccaneers<\/strong>
\nTampa put the division away on the road with a backup at quarterback.\u00a0 The Saints are not what they were last year, but you can\u2019t take anything away from Tampa.<\/p>\n

8.\u00a0 Seattle Seahawks
\n<\/strong>Four wins in a row and a resurgence of the running game have the Seahawks in position to nail down the division again.\u00a0 They are a dangerous team if they continue to run the ball well.<\/p>\n

9.\u00a0 San Diego Chargers<\/strong>
\nTomlinson running away from the defense was a welcome sight for Bolt fans.\u00a0 That was Kansas City\u2019s defense though.\u00a0 It will be much more impressive if the Chargers can treat the Titan\u2019s defense the same way on Sunday.<\/p>\n

10. Cleveland Browns<\/strong>
\nIt was a matter of for this young team to make the mistakes you\u2019d expect from a young team.\u00a0 It will say a lot for the Brownies if they can bounce back quickly and dominate the Jets.<\/p>\n

Bottom Five<\/strong><\/p>\n

28. St. Louis Rams
\n<\/strong>The Rams have now won three of four and are in danger of escaping the bottom five.\u00a0<\/p>\n

29. New York Jets
\n<\/strong>The Jets did a nice job of avoiding the tag of Dolphin\u2019s first victim. Clemens is showing some signs and giving fans hope.<\/p>\n

30. San Francisco 49ers<\/strong>
\nThe Panthers hung 31 on the Niners.\u00a0 Carolina only had 37 in their previous three games.<\/p>\n

31. Atlanta Falcons
\n<\/strong>The dirty birds got beaten by another bottom fiver Sunday.\u00a0 The Dolphins are the only thing keeping them from the dishonor of 32nd place.<\/p>\n

32. Miami Dolphins
\n<\/strong>When you\u2019re winless and hosting a 2-9 team, you just have to do better than 40-13.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
