The Jets made a pair of minor additions to the roster today after officially placing defensive end Carl Lawson on injured reserve and waiving CB/KR Corey Ballentine.
The team signed defensive lineman Aaron Adeoye and guard Isaiah Williams. Adeoye spent time on the Baltimore Ravens practice squad after playing with the Birmingham Iron of the AAF (Alliance of American Football).
Meanwhile, Williams is a well-traveled veteran who has spent time on 8 different NFL rosters with the most recent being the San Franciso 49ers. Gang Green becomes the eighth club to kick the tires on Williams who played his college football at Akron but has yet to play an NFL snap.
