Jets Promote Allen, Fletcher To Practice Squad

To help the secondary, the Jets have called up S Antonio Allen from the practice squad to the 53-man roster and have signed DB Donnie Fletcher back to the practice squad. These two have been on both the 53-man squad and the practice squad this season.
